Homeowners who contact Comfortabledaddy Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Comfortabledaddy Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@comfortabledaddy.garden and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor problems, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
